    I have a discount voucher, how can I use it?

    If you have a discount voucher and want to use it

    Follow the steps below :

    • Add the products you want to your basket.
    • Make sure the voucher is within the validity period for use.
    • Enter it when finalizing your order in the “codes and vouchers” field.
    • Done!

    How can I pay?

    We offer you 2 payment options. The first option is when receiving the products with "cash on delivery" and the second is online with a card. Choose the one that is most suitable and convenient for you!

    Can I return a product?

    How long does delivery take?

    We have a SIZES page where you can check which size your child fits. If you still have difficulty determining the size, you can contact us for assistance.
